Pilates / apparatus reformer


Programmes of classic Pilates method performed on especially designed apparatus (reformer). Exercising on reformer will shape your body, strengthen musculature and help reduce different posture irregularities. Reformer is designed to enable progressive resistance by a system of springs which helps stretch and strengthen musculature, without unnecessary joint loading.

The exercises are of various intensity, adjusted for beginners as well as for more experienced members, and are performed individually (maximum two persons in a group).
