
Power yoga
At the beginning of the 20th century, a new system called Power Yoga was developed in the West and is still spreading all around the world.
It is based on the traditional Ashtanga
Yoga from which it borrows almost every important aspects (asanas, breathing, bhandas, vinyasas, etc.), with the modification of the traditional structure of performing the asanas.
Power Yoga enables mixing different yoga styles which makes the classes different each time and thus very interesting.
