We will be spending a week in the mountains of the world
heritage national park of Sintra in Portugal (www.quintadecima.com),
practicing daily Mysore, eating locally grown organic
food, spending the days surfing, swimming, and exploring
this special place where the mountains meet the ocean.
15 minutes from the beach, 5 minutes from the forest,
and a short bus or train ride to the heart of Lisbon.
