Prenatal Yoga - Bodyelement

Prenatal Yoga is support for you and your baby during pregnancy, and classes are designed to be pleasant and fun for both of you.

Classes of Prenatal Yoga can be a wonderful opportunity for you to focus on your baby and yourself, to prepare physically for the delivery and early motherhood and also to develop a relationship with your unborn child. Although easier yoga forms are appropriate and can be practised during pregnancy with slight modifications, Prenatal Yoga is special because it helps pregnant women to undergo through numerous changes during pregnancy. It helps reduce back pain, digestion problems, water retention and so on. There are special exercises which help you prepare for the delivery and also early motherhood, which is a very physically challenging period!

Just like every form of yoga, Prenatal Yoga helps you to centre your emotional and mental condition during hormonal changes typical for pregnancy.

You can enjoy classes of Prenatal Yoga irrespective of your previous yoga practising experience, if the pregnancy is without complications.
